How much time should I dedicate each week?

Attend the 1-hour weekly live session plus at least one additional practice (Sala Studio, Chiacchierata, or community interaction). Daily self-study of 30 minutes is recommended. Consistency is key.

Recordings are available, but live participation is strongly encouraged for real interaction.
